Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 days or possibly sooner to process your order. Expect an email or text from us once the package has been picked up from USPS to let you know your order is on the way.

FREE SHIPPING! 

Orders over $99.00 are shipped free (USPS Ground Advantage only) and generally shipped within 2-3 days or sooner using USPS Ground Advantage delivery. Shipping under $99.00 is calculated at checkout.  Please note that there may be unexpected delays outside of our control.  Additional shipping fees may be calculated on orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii and all other countries outside the USA.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:   

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges on orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. All American Outdoors, Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.  All garment tags and labels must be still attached.  We will offer store credit or refund the order amount minus shipping costs.  It is the responsibility of the customer to return the unused item.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@shopallamerican.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you would like to make an exchange or receive a refund, please return the item/items with order # and brief note to us as to what you would like us to do.
